Drake University's College of Business & Public Administration has a renowned entrepreneurship program to assist students and community members through the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Outreach program. What the program was lacking was a professional presentation and brand that excited the community and helped to promote private funding. Measure was commissioned to develop an overarching brand for the Entrepreneurship Centers and promotional collateral for the program's Boot Camp and Launch community initiatives.
The brand system is built on an initial collection of custom hieroglyphs to represent themes related to entrepreneurship—capacity, collaborate, communicate, fortify, innovate, integrate, measure and tenacity—and the core colleges at Drake University—education, international business, journalism, law, music, pharmacy, and world languages. More hieroglyphs were added as we developed the collateral package. The brand also reflects the programs dedication to minority entrepreneurs and the diversity they bring to the community.
Collateral consisted of stationary for the Entrepreneurship Centers, flyers and posters promoting community events for the Boot Camp and Launch programs, training materials for those programs (binders, templates, slide decks) and a landing page to help promote the efforts of the Entrepreneurship Centers and the new brand.
